A serial entrepreneur, Eric previously launched Giant Step with his brother Adam in an attic in Iowa and sold the business to Leo Burnett several years later. Not one to stay idle for long, Eric got right back to work with Elevation, a digital agency focused on building strategies that help companies such as Pella, Jones Lang LaSalle and Motorola leverage the evolving digital landscape.

An expert in building award-winning digital marketing platforms, Eric has worked closely with such iconic global brands as P&G, General Motors, and Kellogg’s, among many others.

Eric speaks regularly on eCommerce strategies at Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and sits on the advisory council of the University of Iowa’s Henry B. Tippie School of Management Marketing Department.

As a co-founder of the breakthrough digital agency Giant Step with his brother Eric, Adam turned marketing executives on to the power and profit of the Internet. The breadth of Adam’s knowledge of Internet technology and digital marketing is deep. Adam was a key advisor to many marquis brands who turned to him for his expertise in digital marketing, including Hallmark, United Airlines, Purina and Disney to name a few. As the Internet and digital marketing matured, Adam joined Eric in building Elevation into a world-class digital agency focused on building strategies and programs to help companies better leverage the evolving digital landscape.

Today, Adam oversees elicit’s vision, linking the science of technology to the art of design.
